Meet Our Team

He commenced his career as a Construction Manager with Holloway White Allom, a subsidiary of Laing Construction, managing phases of Haberdashers New Hall and Office, Smithfields, Said Business School and Oxford and Fenwicks on Bond Street.
James joined the family construction business in 2002, and was laterally appointed Construction Director in 2007 and founded Westfields Homes.

He was one of the initial Mace appointments working on Kings College and Home office PFI Team projects with European Land, Godfrey Bradman’s SPV.
Paul joined Shearer Property Group in 1999 and was appointed an Equity Director in 2006, assembling and managing delivery of UK flagship schemes including Grand Arcade, Cambridge, 240 Regent Street and Parkway, Newbury.

He was Estimating Director for Ardmore Construction with responsibility for the award and delivery of contracts from £5m to £120m in value.
Graham joined Mount Anvil in 2013 as Estimating Director delivering cost and pre-construction experience to the team on London developments schemes from £40m to £250 GDV.
He joined Westfields Construction in late 2018 as Commercial Director to develop best practice for the business and develop business opportunities to meet the company’s rapid growth objectives.

Mark has held Director level appointments at Berkeley Group, Wilmot Residential, Al Rajhi Projects and Mount Anvil delivering projects in excess of £3bn construction Value.
Mark joined Westfields Construction in early 2020, heading up the Northern division.

The majority of Iain’s career has been within the Architectural profession working on schemes such as Trinity Shopping Centre in Leeds, Angel Gardens for MODA Living and Mubarak Television Complex, Cairo, These complex schemes ranged from £50m to £300m in value.
Iain joined Westfield’s Construction in February 2019 as Design Manager delivering our landmark Meadowside scheme.

He has managed schemes up to £125m in value across a diverse range of roles including Head of R&D and Senior Design and Technical Management roles most recently with Sir Robert McAlpine and Mount Anvil respectively.
Shane joined Westfield’s Construction in October 2020 and will be focused upon securing our new projects.

He has successfully delivered Construction and Property management projects, portfolios and frameworks from inception to completion, for private and public sector, and is experienced with contracts of up to £350m in value.
James was a Commercial Manager within Carillion for over 10 years, primarily leading high-value priority construction contracts between £20m to £120m across a broad range of sectors within the North West.
He moved to Morris & Spottiswood in 2017 as Senior Commercial Manager of the England fit-out and construction business, with leadership of the surveying, supply chain, estimating and contractual functions.
James joined Westfields Construction in August 2020 as Commercial Manager to help develop, drive and deliver the business’ exciting objectives in the North with his commercial expertise and experience.

She started her career at Carillion as a Filing Clerk and has worked on a wide variety of projects including a £21m Health and Social Care Centre, £256m Building Schools for the Future projects and £129m Midlands Priority Schools Programme.
Cath joined Westfields Construction in late 2018 as Site Secretary for the Meadowside project and is now Office Manager for Westfields Construction.

He started his career with Wimpey Construction Major Projects in 1980 as a Site Engineer undertaking civils and construction projects, moving to Kier Major Projects in 2006 working throughout Britain. He has been involved in projects ranging in value from £40 to £240m.
He has undertaken major civils and construction projects giving him the rounded knowledge required for today’s construction techniques, along with considerable experience in pre-construction and tendering.
Rob joined Westfields Construction in September 2018 as Project Director.

She has previous experience in improving customer/operational relationships through global and multi-site Finance Business Partnering. Accomplished at ensuring delivery of group budget and forecast lifecycles with effective communication, support, guidance and delivery to key operational stakeholders. Promoting growth within the business through commercial profitability thus adding value for money. Extensive experience in developing and leading teams and processes.
Debbie joined Westfields in September 2018 as head of finance to develop the accounting systems and assist operational teams in driving company growth objectives.

He commenced work in 1980 with Kier Ltd as a Site Engineer progressing through their management programme to Site Manager level before transferring to the Planning function and ultimately being promoted to North West Planning Manager in 1994. The wide range of experience and understanding of site issues assisting in the meticulous planning of projects from pre-qualification, through the tender process, pre-construction and ultimately construction phases to handover.
He gained further experience with Costain, Carillion, Ballast Needham and Seddon Construction on projects ranging from £20 to £350 million between January 2000 to September 2020 where upon joining Westfields Construction.
Key skills include producing project specific phasing and logistic plans addressing the requirements of the complexities of the live and operational site and developing agreed programmes, identifying key dates, phasing, logistics, risks, resources, organisational and operational issues.

Martin is University educated and worked as a Structural Engineer for many years before joining Mace as a Construction Site Manager and being promoted to Project Manager.
Martin’s Structural Engineering background provides a real strength to understanding and resolving the complexities of high-rise construction
Martin joined Westfields Construction as Project Manager in September 2018 to and is at the forefront of the company that is showing exceptional potential and growth.

He has planning and organisational skills at Project Director level and he’s highly committed to achieving high quality results on time and within budget.
Andrew has most recently delivered Manchester New Square as Project Director with Lendlease. He was responsible for delivery of the project on time and within budget and the management of the 28 person team delivering the project.
Andrew joined Westfields in February 2021.

He has worked for McLaren, St George, Ballymore, Barratts, Multiplex and Wates respectively and has been at the forefront of mobilising our first UK project (Walkabout £16m).
John joined Westfields Construction in August 2018 and will continue to lead our London based schemes moving forward.
