Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Westfields is committed to its longstanding reputation for ethical behaviour and integrity. We conduct our business with a zero tolerance approach to all forms of corruption, which is central to our values, the company’s image and reputation.

All our employees must adhere strictly to relevant laws in this area, including The Bribery Act 2010. The Policy is also relevant for third parties who perform services for or on behalf of the company.

We expect all our employees and supply chain to adhere to our policy or have in place equivalent policies and procedures to combat bribery and corruption.


Data Protection

Westfields are committed not only to the letter of the law, but also to the spirit of the law and places high importance on the correct, lawful, and fair handling of all personal data, respecting the legal rights, privacy, and trust of all individuals with whom we deal with.


Slavery and Human Trafficking

Westfields are committed to driving out acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and within our supply chains, including sub-contractors and partners.

All employees have a responsibility to comply with this policy; be alert to the risks brought about by modern slavery in our business and the wider supply chain. Staff are expected to report any concerns and management are expected to act upon them.

Our supply chain is expected to act in accordance with Westfields core principles. We have a zero tolerance on forced labour, involuntary labour, child labour and human trafficking.

Westfields expects all our supply chain to conduct right to work checks of their work-force in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.


Social Value

Westfields are committed to delivering social value across all our operations.

In order to achieve this each of our projects will set targets, focrecast, monitor and improve on the social value we deliver. Each development is required to deliver social value to the community.

We intend to inspire and most importantly make a difference within the communities that we work.

Westfields are committed to ethical procurement, this includes ethical sourcing of our materials as well as ethical sourcing of our services.

We understand that decisions we make in procurement can have far reaching consequences within our communities and beyond.

We therefore insist that all our developments source materials from suppliers certified to a responsible sourcing standard.
