Westfields Construction Limited was established in 1992 and provides building and refurbishment main contract services for commercial, public and private housing sectors.

Our construction and project management expertise enables us to deliver a broad range of services, balanced with exceptional levels of customer care for each client. We provide in-house training for all our employees and ensure that our suppliers meet regulatory and our company standard for safety, quality and the environment.

Our people

Brian Varley

Brian has over 40 years in the construction and building industry. He has been a Director for over thirty of those years and has instilled a high level of customer care and quality of workmanship into the management staff and specialist trades operatives of the company.

Ivan Toscani

Ivan Toscani has 20 years experience in the development of luxury homes and apartments. Ivan has put together many sites and achieved planning for a variety of residential schemes and mixed use developments.

Ben Taylor

Ben has over twenty years experience as a quantity surveyor and estimator on large construction projects. As Director of Westfields his role is the primarily overseeing the financial matters of each project.
